Guardian Fleet & Roadside Solutions — Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We value your time and ours. To maintain smooth scheduling and serve all clients efficiently, please review the following:

Cancellations:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations within 24 hours may result in a $50 late cancellation fee.

Rescheduling:

• Reschedule requests must also be submitted 24 hours prior to the appointment.
• Rescheduling within 24 hours may count as a cancellation.

No-Show Policy:

• Clients who miss an appointment without notice may be charged a full service fee and may be required to prepay future bookings.

Emergency Bookings:

• Emergency roadside services are exempt from standard scheduling policies but subject to technician availability and premium pricing.
