Service Agreement

By booking services with Guardian Fleet & Roadside Solutions, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Work

All services provided are mobile-based and focused on fleet compliance, diagnostics, and mechanical repair as outlined in your chosen plan or individual request.

2. Payment Terms

All invoices must be paid upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. Loyalty Plan members prepay monthly or in advance and receive discounted rates. Pay-as-you-go clients are billed at current market value.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Please refer to our [Cancellation & Reschedule Policy] for details on timeframes and fees.

4. Service Location Access

You must ensure safe, legal, and unobstructed access to the vehicle or equipment at the scheduled location. Failure to do so may result in cancellation fees.

5. Limitation of Liability

Guardian Fleet & Roadside Solutions is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing mechanical issues or unauthorized third-party interference during or after service.

6. Subcontracting

We may assign subcontractors to perform services on behalf of Guardian Fleet. All subcontractors are qualified and held to the same standard of work.

7. Agreement Changes

We reserve the right to update this agreement as needed. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date.
