Welcome to Guardian Fleet & Roadside Solutions. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Services

We provide mobile fleet maintenance, diagnostics, compliance inspections, and subcontracted labor support. All services are delivered based on the plan or request you select at the time of booking.

2. Payment Terms

All services must be paid in full before work is performed unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Prepaid loyalty members receive discounted rates as outlined in their plan tier.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Clients are responsible for arriving or making their vehicle available at the agreed time. Cancellations must follow the Cancellation & Reschedule Policy listed on our website.

4. Liability

Guardian is not liable for pre-existing vehicle issues or damages unrelated to the service performed. Clients are responsible for ensuring vehicles are accessible and safe to inspect or repair.

5. Service Area

We serve clients within a defined radius of our base location. Additional mileage or travel fees may apply for services outside this radius.

6. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if the work environment is unsafe, if payment cannot be verified, or if the requested service falls outside our expertise.

7. Client Agreement

By booking a service, the client confirms that they are authorized to request work on the vehicle and agree to these terms.
